Tube components involved in the high-pressure sector and in particular in the manufacturing of manifolds for cylinder bundles require the highest attention in the whole process to manufacture safe, tested, and high-quality products and a qualified system that respects all safety measures.

Ricos supplies basic manifolds for bundles of 12, 16, 20, and much more cylinders characterized by high resistance and quick charge thanks to the double valve in use. Moreover, the closed-loop ring design improves the use of the bundle, and the ergonomic design speed up the mounting, saving time. The design of each manifold can be modified based on the customer's needs.

Pressure plays an important role in the high-pressure gas industry. In Ricos, we manufacture manifolds that can be suitable for different pressure levels: 200 bar, 300 bar, until the last modular manifold that can be used with a 750 bar pressure cylinder.

Certification - RICOS  can guarantee a suitable balance between production, functionality, and design. All manifolds fulfill European Directives TPED and PED regarding planning, creation, and logistics for high-pressure components.
